BASF broaden their pigment ink range by adding several new colours to Helizarin EVO P 100 for inkjet printing. These are the total eight shades that provide larger colour spectra yellow, golden yellow, magenta, red, cyan, dark blue, black and grey. These inks ensure the reliable, streak-free runnability. For the application of these inks only two process steps are required; printing and fixing so these are the most efficient inkjet inks on the market. The main advantage of these inks are that they can be used in the piezo print heads commonly employed in digital textile printing without the need for a binder. The other advantages are the combination of the conventional printing technology, such as light, wash and rub fastness, with the benefits of digital printing technology - rapid design changes, an enormous shortening of the entire printing process, and huge potential cost savings. Fabrics printed with Helizarin EVO P 100 inks meet the requirements of Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
