摘要

I have known Ramgopal Mehra for the last more than forty years. He joined the group of my research team working for his masters degree in Technology and obtained the same successfully on a subject of mechanism of dyeing of cellulosic textiles. Desirous of obtaining a Doctorate degree from a foreign university, he proceeded to England but due to health problem he could not complete the course at the University of Manchester.
