After the holiday sales rush and end-of-year inventory, many retailers are on the verge of collapse from exhaustion in January. The chill in the air only serves to amplify our traditional cold and flu symptoms: sniffles, aches, congestion and a general feeling of sluggishness. Chances are, your store may have caught a 'bug,' too, in the form of congestion in your aisles. This is a typical symptom of trying to stock as much inventory as humanly possible on your floor space.
