WATSON-MARLOW ACQUIRES BUSINESS AND ASSETS OF FLOW SMART FOR £5.7M

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) has acquired the business and assets of Flow Smart through its parent Spirax-Sarco Engineering, for £5.7m. Flow Smart, based in Seaford, Delaware, US, specialises in the manufacture of high purity sanitary gaskets, silicone transfer tubing and reinforced silicone hoses for the bioprocessing and pharma industries.
