Tailor-made GMP-compliant sampling system

Safer infeed and outfeed are special challenges for containment facilities. GMP-compliant sampling is nevertheless already possible in the incoming goods department. The disinfectant manufacturer Schiilke & Mayr from North Germany needed a solution to get delivered raw materials and supplies from the warehouse to production as quickly as possible. The requirements for product and personal protection during sampling of pharmaceutical products had to be met of course. As an experienced and globally active partner for safe containment and cleanroom solutions, Weiss Pharmatechnik planned and realised a tailor-made, turnkey sampling system from a single source.The range of services included the room modules, ventilation system, control, complete equipment, and qualification among other things.
