当社は旧バルメット，メッツオペーパーを通じて数多くのワインダを市場に送り出してきた.さらに，ワインダの効率アップ，生産能力の向上，巻取品質の改善，損紙の低減を図る多様な技術を開発しており，新規のワインダに取り入れるとともに旧来のワインダの改良に活用されている.%Valmet (including former Valmet and Metso Paper) has been continuously supplying many winders to the market of paper and board industry. Besides, we have been developing a variety of winder technologies for improving efficiency, production capacity and roll qualities and reducing winding waste. These technologies are available not only for new winders but also for conventional winders for rebuild/modification. This paper describes the introduction effects of soft covered winding drums, FastPosit slitter positioning system, dual web separation device, fast parent roll change with butt-joint splicer and iRoll winder. All of these can be utilized as powerful methods for improving functions of existing winders.
