POTTY PACKAGING TO MUDDLED MUNICIPAL WASTE

Plant pots are packaging waste, according to a recent ruling made by the High Court, under the Packaging Waste Regulations. However, unless you are a budding (sorry) Alan Titchmarsh or 'Bill and Ben' why should you concern yourself with a seemingly mundane judgement? My concerns are not so much for the green-fingered or wooden-headed, but more the possible wider consequences of another UK interpretation of an EU Directive which is at odds with our European partners.
