New guidance from the European Commission,concerning the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Directive,addresses some frequently asked questions of relevance to those operating installations in the waste industry.In particular,there is new guidance in relation to the dismantling of waste electrical and electronic equipment and end of life vehicles,the co-incineration of waste and the interaction of the IPPC regime with other landfill legislation.
