As Sweden's finest exports once sang, "money, money, money". Sometimes it is, indeed, a rich man's world! This last month we've had the Budget, courtesy of George Osborne, and we have looked at that online and reviewed the key points in this issue's news pages. We've had the debate, as Jason discusses further opposite, on whether it is right or wrong to charge householders a fee to use their recycling centre. And there has been debate and opinion on whether the Government should prevent local authorities from imposing fines on those who fail to adhere to the waste and recycling collection "rules". This month, it seems, is all about the money... is there any way, in this day and age, that any industry can avoid it being that way?
