As Formula One racing fans will recall, the Grand Prix at Silverstone this year was er"puncturated" by a series of dramatic tyre blowouts, which aside from having a marked effect on the final result, made an awful mess on the track as well. Purely by chance (yeah, right!), race fan and Scarab south eastern sales manager Ben Hoadley and the Scarab demo team were on hand to provide a solution in the shape of five units from the demo fleet. As Scarab managing director, Dave Cassingham explained, Ben and the boys got closer to the action than they ever imagined as they were called into action during the race itself - the first time this has happened.
