The Great Waste Survey 2013

When compiling our Great Waste Survey every year, it gets harder and harder to know what to ask, and to find ways of covering more and more topics in a limited number of questions. We could have asked far more than the 20 we narrowed it down to - probably double - and with Judicial Reviews taking place at the same time of the survey, it was tempting to try and be "current" rather than covering the key topics of the last 12 months.
