Waste Producer Duty Of Care Awareness Raised At RWM 2015

ESA held a session at the recent RWM in Partnership with CIWM exhibition to explore the key components of a proposed industry-led campaign to raise the profile and awareness of "Duty of Care" requirements across a number of different waste producing business sectors. The key focus of the session and for the proposed campaign was that a greater understanding of waste legislation and Duty of Care can provide tangible business benefits as well as ensuring greater compliance and help in the fight against waste crime.
