ESA Executive Director's Update: Jacob Hayler

LAST MONTH ESA published a review of residual waste forecasts, compiled by Tolvik. This sought to take the full range of forecasts, including the obvious outlier from Eunomia, and to identify the scale of the capacity gap we are likely to face in 2030 and the impact that different recycling rates would have on the amount of energy recovery capacity we will need.
