C&ci Chief Retires After 26 Years' Service

The staff of the Cement & Concrete Institute (C&CI) said goodbye to a friend, colleague and leader - and expert in many spheres of concrete technology - when, at the end of August this year, Dr Graham Grieve retired from C&CI after 26 years' service.rnAfter graduating as a civil engineer in 1970 from the University of Cape Town, Graham worked for the Department Kustoderzoek, Rijkswaterstaat, in the Netherlands for a year before returning to South Africa to take up a post at the Coastal Research Unit of the CSIR in Stellenbosch.
