The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as part of its Green Power Partnership, has compiled a list of 20 entities noteworthy for their ability to draw on renewable energy sources. The SanitationrnDistricts of Los Angeles County and the San Jose/ Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant ranked respectively second and fourth.
