MARKING PROGRESS

摘要

ASCE's 2021 Rep ort Card for America's Infrastructure, released on March 3, gives the nation's infrastructure its highest overall grade since the Society began issuing its quadrennial assessments in the late 1990s. Although much work remains to be done, the progress indicates the benefits that can result from increased funding, better asset management, and technological improvements.
