Legal training for non-lawyers

As lawyers working in the construction industry, my colleagues and I often see clients who have become embroiled in expensive and time-consuming disputes; arguing positions weakened, or sometimes caused, by avoidable errors. These errors come in many forms including non-compliance with condition precedents; failure to serve notices or to serve them on time; failure to provide contractually required information (in notices or otherwise); missing or incomplete records to evidence external causes of delay and so on.
