The work of adjudicators can appear opaque at times, the opacity is sometimes out of necessity. It is important the disputing parties and the wider construction industry have faith in the process and the people undertaking it. We hope that in this article we have explained what happens behind the scenes to ensure that adjudicators are properly selected and monitored.
