A class of strong laws for the sequences of nonnegative integer-valued random variables

Proof. In what follows we shall use the method of splitting interval proposed by the autor together with the tool of generating functions. It is different from the traditional probabilistic method. The crucial part is the application of Lebesque's theorem on differentiability of monotone function of the study of a.e. convergence.
