Novel Wavefront Corrector for Adaptive Laser Resonator

摘要

This paper presents a new device used for tilted wavefront correction in adaptive laser resonator. The device is composed of a pair of microlens arrays in the Galilean telescopic geometry, which are designed and fabricated using binary optical technology. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, large correction range, high sensitivity and low driving power.
