Current research and development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines in gastroenterology

摘要

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is one of Chinese scientific treasures. We are very fortunate to apply modern scientific knowledge and methodology to inheriting and reorganizing traditional Chinese Medicine and promoting the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM-WM). For the past 45 years, many remarkable achievements have been developed. Looking forward to the coming century, we still need to overcome all difficulties and problems to make more contributions.
