摘要

The backbone symmetry of dendronized poly(amide–triazole) polymers can have a significant influence on the strength of polymer interchain association and their organogelation properties, as reported in the Full Paper by H.-F. Chow et al. on page 8395 ff. Hence, dendronized polymers that possess a non-centrosymmetric backbone will inherent a net dipole moment, which provides an additional driving force towards self association.
