摘要

Experimental comparative evaluation is performed for elementary heat flows and instantaneous convective heat transfer coefficients in the working chamber of a piston compressor with smooth and microribbed surfaces. An experimental procedure is developed, and an experimental test unit is manufactured. The experimental data obtained show that instantaneous convective heat transfer coefficients for the microribbed and smooth surfaces for the working chamber of an unlubricated piston compressor are approximately the same, but the elementary heat flow is directly proportional to the ribbing factor of the heat exchange surface and the temperature difference of the working gas and a given surface.
