摘要

Results of experimental investigations of the hydrodynamics and heat and mass exchange of a centrifugal-bubbling vessel are presented in the form of criterial relationships. Owing to the high rate of heat mass transfer, the possibility of regulating the dwell time in the zone of contact with a gaseous flow, small clearance dimensions, low splash over, and simple design, centrifugal-bubbling (vortical-foam) vessels can be referred to as promising for use as water and gas coolers, absorbers, reactors for gas-liquid systems, etc.
