摘要

An experimental unit is presented in the article for approval of a pyrolysis procedure for different types of organic raw material. One of the main difficulties in designing and assimilating technology for processing polymer waste materials is the broad range of physicomechanical mechanical of raw materials used for reprocessing. These properties should be determined by experiment for conditions that approach production conditions to a maximum. The experimental unit for approval of the pyrolysis method makes it possible to select samples of gaseous, liquid and solid products, which facilitates a comprehensive study of pyrolysis. Data are presented in the article for approval of a pyrolysis method for polymer and rubber technology wastes. A preliminary study is performed in the experimental unit of the effect of raw material properties on the occurrence of catalytic pyrolysis.
