摘要

Physicochemical and biological conversion in heterogeneous gas-liquid systems is used increasingly in different production processes. Dispersion in a gas-liquid system is used for creating various interphase surfaces, providing high intensity heat and mass transfer. Dispersion of gases in production equipment is accomplished by different types of dispersers (pneumatic, mechanical, etc.). In resolving the problem of creating material for effective gas dispersers, it is necessary to consider that as a rule these materials will be used at elevated temperature, in corrosive media, and also under conditions of the action of corrosive gases upon them. A material that today answers all these requirements is porous permeable ceramic. Results are presented in this article for creation of porous permeable ceramic material, its properties, technology for creating fine-bubble gas dispersers are studied, and these dispersers are tested in gas-liquid reactors in various branches of industry.
