Recommendations are given for selection of parameters for radiographic monitoring of process pipelines, a nomogram is presented for determination of the minimum distance between the source of radiation and the object being monitored, and the minimum number of exposures in accordance with GOST 7512-82, scheme 5d. An example is cited for the drawing of conclusions from results of radiographic monitoring when evaluating the quality of a welded joint in a pipeline in accordance with PB 03-585-03.
