SELECTING THE SHAPE OF CYCLIC CRYOGENIC ADSORBER

Processes in adsorbers with fixed sorbent bed, used for cryogenic separation of gas mixtures, are analyzed. Improvement margins of industrial adsorbers for inert gas production are ascertained. The obtained information is used to shorten the time of unproductive sorption cycle fragments (regeneration and cooling). As a result, the number of adsorbers required for continuous purification is reduced.
