A new automated oil compounding process quality control system is described in this paper. This engineering solution pertains to automating devices and can be applied in pipeline transport for pumping oil from several pipelines into a common pipeline through which the compounded oil is transported to the consumer. The proposed engineering solution is based on the principle of compounding process intensification by ultrasonic treatment.
