In general, fiber formation methods can be divided according to spinning forms: fusion spinning, dry spinning, wet spinning, and dry-wet spinning. Among these, fusion spinning is the simplest process for thermoplastic resins. Recently, high-speed spinning has received substantial attention from 2 viewpoints: improved productivity in industry and the altered physical properties of fibers.
