With an investment of US$ 100 million Jilin Jiuxin Basalt Industry Co. Ltd., Jilin, is to build a new basalt fiber plant at the Huinan Economic Development Zone with a continuous capacity of 10,000 tons/year. The project construction is planned to end in October 2015.
