In dieser Arbeit wird eine Methodik zum systematischen Design verfahrenstechnischer Apparate am Beispiel von Kolonnensumpfverdampfern vorgestellt. Der Designprozess umfasst die Schritte Apparatewahl, Apparategestaltung und Dimensionierung. Zur Apparatewahl wird als quantifizierendes Maß für die Übereinstimmung von Anforderungs- und Eigenschaftsprofil ein Eignungsgrad eingeführt. Die vorgestellte Methodik kann für Standardflle des Apparatedesign unterstützen und so zur beschleunigten Prozessentwicklung beitragen. A method for the systematic design of process engineering equipment in the context of conceptual process design is demonstrated for the design of rectification column reboilers and evaporators. Design is considered a three-stage process: selection, configuration and sizing. A suitability degree E quantifies the match of the process-related requirements profile to the equipment-related property profile along the relevant dimensions. The presented method may support equipment design in standard cases and contribute to an accelerated process development.
