摘要

Al-rich single-crystal mullite [Al_2(Al_(2.8)Si_(1.2))O_(9.6)] nanowires were prepared by B_2O_3-doped molten salts synthesis. The nanowires have diameters in the range 30-50 nm and typical lengths of 1 μm. The mullite nanowires were well dispersed and facile to obtain.
