摘要

A pellet-type nanomaterial prepared from a mesoporous silica-immobilized naphthalimide-DPA-Cu(Ⅱ) complex (MSIND-Cu) is investigated as a selective fluorescent chemosensor for PPi detection with a large "off-on" fluorescence change, low detection limit, short response time and a broad pH test range. Fluorescent sensors for the detection and measurement of biologically important anions are actively investigated because these anions play indispensable roles in vital processes.1 Among these anions, pyrophosphate (PPi) is an important target in bioenergetic and metabolic processes as it is the product of ATP hydrolysis under cellular conditions.
