摘要

Density gradient ultracentrifuge separation has been employed as a process-analysis microsystem combining a microreactor and a separator. As a paradigm, intermediates formed after tens of seconds in the galvanic replacement of Ag nanoplates in high concentrated AuCl_4~- solution are captured, providing evidence of the mechanism of the reaction, which is difficult to obtain in other ways.
