摘要

In this communication, we demonstrate that graphene oxide (GO) greatly inhibits the peroxidatic activity of a horseradish peroxidasemimicking DNAzyme. Combining this observation with the unique DNA/GO interactions, an ultrasensitive GO-based chemiluminescence DNA biosensing platform is developed.
