摘要

In situ assembly of a cucurbituril-based pseudorotaxane and a uranyl nitrate precursor under hydrothermal conditions affords the first actinide polyrotaxane with a unique 'dragon-like' twist, which is induced by the specific coordination pattern of uranium and stabilized by hydrogen bonding between the η~1-mode carboxylate group and adjacent methylene moieties of CB.
