摘要

Semiconducting In_2O_3 nanocrystals,synthesised via a nonaqu-eous sol-gel method and doped with 1 wt% of platinum,have shown to possess a unique high sensitivity to oxygen at room temperature (RT).Consequently,a Pt/Zn_2O_3-based oxygen sensor for room temperature operation has been developed showing higher performance compared to the state-of-the-art devices.
