3-D sieve for heavy loads

The AS 450 analytical sieve shaker is RETSCH's first siever for 400 mm and 450 mm sieves which operates with a three-dimensional sieving motion (Fig.). It can be used for dry and wet sieving. The optimized electromagnetic drive allows for an amplitude of up to 2.2 mm, which makes the separation process much more effective than with other sieve shakers of this type. Reproducibility plays an important role:The amplitude - which is independent of the sieve load - is continually adjusted. The three-dimensional sieving motion ensures the sample material moves uniformly over the entire sieving surface.
