Das Unternehmen, welches zu der in Mumbai ansässigen B.K. Birla Group of Companies gehört, wird die Unit-II des Werkes in Maharashtra mit den Vertikalmühlen von GEBR. PFEIFFER AG ausstatten. Zur Produktion des Rohmehls für den neuen Ofen wird eine MPS 6000 B eingesetzt, die 600 t/h auf eine Feinheit von 12 % Rückstand auf dem 90 u.m Sieb mahlt. Der Antrieb von 6480 kW ist gemäß dem Standard von GEBR. PFEIFFER AG so dimensioniert, dass diese installierte Leistung ca. 20 % über der zu erwartenden absorbierten Leistung liegt.
