Liebherr T 264 mining truck

Liebherr has presented its T 264 mining truck at the Bauma 2013 in Munich. With its maximum payload of 218 tonnes and an empty vehicle weight (EVW) of 167 tonnes, the truck reaches a maximum gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 385 tonnes. The T 264, which was first presented in 2012, represents Liebherr's return to the 220-tonne class. This has the aim of enabling synergies with the Liebherr mining excavator product line. In respect of size and with regard to achievement of optimum performance, it fits in with the Liebherr R 996 B and R 9800 mining excavators, as well as with electric excavators and wheel loaders.
