Three more AAVR mills for Eurocement

One of Russia's largest cement producers, Eurocement, ordered three mills from Gebr. Pfeiffer for its Akhangaran project in Uzbekistan. The customer's very good experience gained over decades with Pfeiffer equipment contributed to this decision. The package includes an MVR 5000 R-4 for raw material grinding and two MVR 5000 C-4 for cement grinding. The MVR 5000 R-4, featuring a total drive power of 2500 kW, will grind 500 t/h of cement raw material to a fineness of 12 % R 90 μm. The cement mills, each with an installed drive power of 4000 kW, are designed to grind 200 t/h of OPC at 3200 Blaine.
