Ciments Francais finalises sale of Afyon Cimento to Cimsa group

Ciments Francais, part of the Italcementi group, closed the sale of its 51 % equity stake in the Turkish cement company, Afyon Cimento Sanayii Turk AS to the Cimento Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (CIMSA group).
