3rd International Conference on Alternate Fuels and Raw Materials in the Cement Industry - Towards Realising the Swachchh Bharat Dream

The Indian cement industry's enthusiasm for improving the thermal substitution rate encouraged India's Cement Manufacturers' Association (CMA) to extend the success of the first two events by organizing the 3rd International Conference on Alternate Fuels and Raw Materials in the Cement Industry - Towards Realising the Swachchh Bharat Dream, on 23 to 24 March 2017, at Hotel Crowne Today, New Delhi. The event drew the support of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB),The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), The New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and Geocycle India. The conference aimed to facilitate technical, regulatory and financial solutions towards enhancing application of alternate fuels in the cement industry and contributing to the Prime Minister's Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission).
