Some jobs can be easily carried out with a few shortcuts; others require a bit more dismantling to carry out easily. This 1999 Fiat Multipla which had just failed its MoT on the offside front lower arm bushes was a prime example.rnThe normal route for replacing a lower arm is to disconnect the swivel, unbolt the inner bushes and remove the arm. On the Fiat Multipla, unless the new arm is fitted level to the mountings, the bolts can be very difficult to locate and screw into place.
