Waterways Journalist, photographer, author and campaigner Harry Arnold has received the MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours.rnIn a career going back to the 1960s, Harry has contributed to every waterways-related magazine, published books on the Montgomery and Llangollen canals, and edited the Inland Waterways Association's members' magazine Waterways for 18 years.
