I live in the west of Scotland, and my wife and I take great pleasure in our summer narrowboat holidays and have done for some time. To keep us both in the loop, we have subscribed to Canal Boat, enjoying the reviews and reports. You can imagine how pleased I was to read the two-part report about the Central Scottish canals from Geoffrey Malone (January and February's editions).
