There's now a roadmap for getting out of lockdown - but with things progressing slowly it's still proving difficult to carry out boat tests. The easing of lockdown also comes too late for many events, including the Crick Boat Show. At this time of year, everyone's thoughts would normally be turning to the show. Boat builders would be deciding which boat to take (and in some cases they'd be frantically trying to work out whether it would be finished in time). Other boating businesses would be planning their stands, and we would be writing previews of show boats and other attractions. But not this year (at least, not yet). So we thought we'd look back at some of our favourite winning boats from the show. Every year, visitors vote for the boat they like best, and the winners get a trophy, a bottle of champagne, and the title of Favourite Boat. We've looked back through the winners over the past ten years or so, and picked a few we particularly liked.
