Slowly but steadily, the detail of the new coalition government's spending (or non-spending) plans for England's buses are becoming clear. And it is not a uniform pattern.rnThere should surely have been no surprise that the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats announced that they would reconsider the future of 62 transport projects granted outline approval by the outgoing Labour government. These include three high profile schemes 'approved' as recently as March - the Leeds New Generation Transport trolleybus rapid transit system, bus rapid transit for East Lancashire and expansion of York park-&-ride.
