Narrow for Norfolk

The North Norfolk Railway's bus rally operated over the sunny weekend of 6/7 July with three vintage bus services offering free rides from the station at Holt to nearby towns and villages. These were the 24 to Weybourne and Cley, 30 to Holt town centre and Sheringham and 36 Sheringham-Cromer circular. Route 24 was confined to single-deckers owing to the narrow lanes the route negotiated. Among the performers was the East Anglia Transport Museum's oddly proportioned AEC Reliance with Pennine body, 85 (AEX 85B), photographed as it paused at Weybourne NNR station.
